Dian Noeh is an entrepreneur, writer, and artisan cheese board and dessert maker.
She established Kultur.Voice.Business (KVB),a forward-thinking creative company, in 2011 in Indonesia, Southeast Asia. She transformed KVB from a Public Relations firm, originally known as Kennedy Voice & Berliner, into Kultur.Voice.Business lifestyle media, The Content Office agency on digital marketing, production, Public Relations and HUB by KVB as platform for freelancer and learning.
Dian was a consultant at Ogilvy in Jakarta during two separate periods (1999-2002 and 2007-2009) and at Weber Shandwick Indonesia. She was an in-house team at Time International, a timepieces company, and UBS AG, a financial firm.
Dian serves as Special Communications Staff to the Chairman’s Office at Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO / Indonesia Employers Association) and together with the APINDO Communications Team with the support by KVB team on its digital communications, earned an award by International Associations of Business Communicators in 2025 in the category of Best Impactful Communications: Public Interest.
While studying at RMIT University in Australia from 1995 to 1997, Dian was contributor to SBS Radio News Melbourne and worked in a telemarketing project for Telstra Australia at Adecco Melbourne. She became a finalist for the Australia Alumni Awards 2008, by the Australian Embassy in Indonesia.
Dian was a part-time lecturer at Prasetiya Mulya Business School and active in the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce, particularly in the area of International Relations.
Dian enjoys history, reading, movies, making artisanal cheese boards and desserts, plus walking in nature. Among her most cherished experiences are meeting gorilla families in Uganda, canoeing in the Amazon basin, and exploring the forests of Kalimantan, Indonesia.
